Punts Inside the 20 IN20
IN20 stands for inside the 20 in football. Punts downed, caught or run out of bounds inside the opponent’s 20-yard line, with no touchback.
How IN20 is calculated
Counted. The share of all punts is IN20%.
It is the number punters are judged on ahead of raw distance, because a 55-yard punt into the end zone nets 35 and a 45-yarder downed at the 3 nets 42.
