Forced FumblesFF
FF stands for forced fumbles in football. Times a defender knocked the ball loose from a ball carrier, whichever team recovered it.
How FF is calculated
Counted. Recovering the ball is a separate stat (FR).
Who falls on a loose ball is close to a coin flip, so forcing fumbles says more about a defender than the takeaways that follow from them.
