Fantasy Points Per Game PPG

PPG stands for fantasy points per game in football. PPR fantasy points divided by the games the player appeared in.

How PPG is calculated

PPG = PPR fantasy points ÷ games played

A season total rewards the player who stayed healthy; points per game is the number a weekly lineup decision rests on, and it is how a player who missed a month still shows up near the top.

What counts as a good PPG?

Half of the 487 qualified NFL players in 2025 were at or below 5.1. Clearing 14.7 put a season in the top tenth of the league.
